The medicine
nobody else
stocks

If you're a prescriber

We work directly with specialist rooms throughout Cabrini, Epworth and Alfred Health. If you need a pharmacy that will reliably source, store and follow up a therapy for your patients, call and ask for the pharmacist.

We'll come to you if it's easier.

If your specialist has prescribed something your usual pharmacy doesn't keep, we can order it in. We hold cold-chain stock, track your repeats so the next supply is here before you run out, and answer the phone when you call about it.

We have accounts with various wholesalers and specialty distributors to source the medicine nobody else stocks.

Call us to find out.

How we handle it

Ordered in quickly

Most items arrive next business day from our wholesalers. Where something has to come from the manufacturer or a specialist distributor, we'll give you the real timeframe rather than a hopeful one.

Cold chain, monitored

Refrigerated medicines sit in continuously monitored fridges with logged temperatures, and go home with you in insulated packaging.

Your repeats tracked

We keep your script on file and order the next supply ahead of time, so an expensive therapy isn't interrupted because a repeat ran out on a Friday afternoon.

Privacy as standard

Conversations happen in the consulting room, not across the counter. Nothing is discussed within earshot of anyone else.

Delivered or posted if you'd rather

Same-day delivery across Armadale and adjoining suburbs, refrigerated items included. Postage applies

Someone who knows your case

A small team means the pharmacist you speak to already knows what you're on and why, and can call your specialist's rooms directly when something needs sorting out.

Palliative care medicines, kept in stock

Choosing to be cared for at home means the medicines need to be there when they're needed — not ordered in the morning after. We keep a range of palliative care medicines on the shelf, including the ones most pharmacies have to order specially, so a prescription from a palliative care team can be filled the same day.

Local palliative care units already refer families to us for this reason. If you're a nurse or doctor on a palliative care team, call and ask for the pharmacist — we'll confirm what's in stock, hold it for your patient, and deliver it the same day, including after the midday cut-off where we can.

For families: bring or send us the prescription, tell us what you need and when, and we'll take it from there. You have enough to manage

PrEP and HIV medicines, in stock

We keep PrEP and a range of HIV treatments on the shelf, so a new prescription or a repeat can be filled while you wait rather than ordered in. We work with local sexual health prescribers, and a script from any of them can be sent straight to us.

Everything happens in the consulting room or across a quiet counter, and we don't discuss what you're collecting within earshot of anyone. Same-day delivery is available if you'd rather not come in, with plain packaging.

If you're a prescriber, call and ask for the pharmacist — we'll confirm stock and hold it for your patient.

Starting something new?

Call before your first supply is due and we'll have it ready for the day you need it. Send us the prescription and tell us your start date — we work backwards from there.
